At Bellinae, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Accessories and jewelry.
  • Bodysuits.
  • Swimwear.
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at vip@bellinae.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for return processing.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
